Scope and Data Role

This Privacy Policy applies to the LocalBikri platform operated by LBEMarket Solutions Pvt. Ltd..

LocalBikri processes personal data in connection with operating the platform, managing user accounts, transmitting orders, coordinating delivery, responding to complaints, and protecting platform security.

This policy should be read along with the Terms and Conditions and other operational policies published by LocalBikri.

Categories of Data Collected

LocalBikri may collect the following categories of data:

  • Account Data: Name, phone number, email address, login details, profile details, and account preferences.
  • Fulfillment Data: Delivery address, landmark data, pincode, area selection, live or approximate location information, and delivery instructions needed for routing or handover.
  • Transaction Data: Order history, cart data, selected seller, delivery preferences, cancellations, complaints, support interactions, and communication logs available on the platform.
  • Technical Data: Device information, app version, browser details, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and usage analytics where enabled.

Purpose and Lawful Use of Data

Data may be used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, transmit orders, coordinate delivery, support customer communication, prevent abuse, detect fraud, improve platform reliability, generate analytics, enforce platform policies, and comply with legal obligations.

LocalBikri processes data with user consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law for platform operations, order fulfillment, fraud prevention, safety, and legal compliance.

Sharing with Sellers, Agents, and Service Providers

LocalBikri does not sell personal data as part of its ordinary business model.

To facilitate the transaction, relevant user data may be shared with the seller handling the order and with the delivery agent responsible for handoff or delivery. Shared data may include customer name, phone number, address, order contents, delivery notes, and location information where necessary for fulfillment.

LocalBikri may also share personal data with service providers that support hosting, analytics, notifications, messaging, customer support, security, or platform operations, subject to contractual or operational safeguards considered appropriate by LocalBikri.

Once data is shared with a seller or delivery agent for fulfillment, their independent handling of that data may fall outside LocalBikri’s direct operational control and may be subject to their own policies and legal obligations.

Fraud Prevention, Compliance, and Law Enforcement

LocalBikri may use and disclose data for safety, fraud detection, spam control, account verification, abuse investigation, dispute recordkeeping, legal defense, audit, and compliance with court orders, government directions, or law enforcement requests.

External Payments and Sensitive Financial Data

LocalBikri does not ordinarily store card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, full bank login credentials, or equivalent payment authentication secrets.

Where payment status or reference information is visible on the platform, that information is limited, informational, and may originate from the seller, customer, or an external payment channel.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for account operation, order history, fraud prevention, operational support, audit, dispute reference, legal compliance, or another lawful business or regulatory purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

User Rights and Grievance Redressal

Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, update of, deletion of, or withdrawal of consent relating to certain personal data processed by LocalBikri.

Where processing is based on consent, LocalBikri makes available app, website, help-center, or support routes through which users may withdraw consent, exercise applicable rights, or submit privacy-related complaints, subject to lawful retention and compliance requirements.

Children and Restricted Use

Users must comply with the minimum age and capacity requirements under applicable law and the platform’s own usage requirements. Where legally required, appropriate parent or guardian involvement must be ensured.

Security

LocalBikri uses reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards intended to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No digital system can guarantee absolute security, and users acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent risk.

Policy Changes

LocalBikri may revise this policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
